Sriracha marinated chicken with braised kale

Marinated overnight with my Habanero Sriracha

Big mistake using a cast iron grill pan indoors, the fan couldn't keep up with the toxic pepper fumes and choked us out. Will be doing this out of doors next time. BTW...the taste was incredible!
 
Looks like hot blue and righteous to me. Sriracha style sauces I am finding are proving to be one of the most versatile to use in cooking. Excellent as a marinade, glaze, for dipping or as an addition or base for other sauces. Get it in ya'!
 
Could you expound on the habanero sriracha? Is this something you made? The Sriracha sauces I have had are either made with red jalapenos, or in the case of the real stuff Thai peppers.

Either way it looks awesome though.

The sriracha was made with red habs back in the summer, fermented for 14days. The batch fermenting currently is made with red jalapenos and red hab flakes.
