Sriracha Sauce

Nice vid, doing a Sriracha soon.

That sauce looks really tasty! Not really a "real" Sriracha sauce, since it's not fermented, but it looks delicious nonetheless

All the leftover "sludge" from the strainer could be saved too; dehydrated into a powder, or saved (in the fridge) for a spreadable paste

Bottled my Sriracha, One Year Old now.
Super yummy and flavorful, garlicky.

I feel like ive been half hibernating this year, haven't done much, so try and get a couple ferments going before end of year.
 
 
Ring of Fire Peppers 74gr
Turmeric Root 59gr
Garlic Fresh from garden 45gr
ACV 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Tomatoes from garden to fill, no water added.
