I am trying to make some and I was wondering if it should be cooked or just blend the raw peppers with the other ingredients and call it good?

Yeah, no access to anything like that. But I think I am going to leave this one as is and try another sauce. This one actually has decent flavor. I had it on tacos last night and it was nice.
