Apologies, I was unceremoniously shoved to the side by a hungry family and missed the money shot

On the other hand it was perfectly Medium Rare and the broccoli was kept to that perfect crisp tender. This is Sonoma Valley cuisine at its finest only I served it with an IPA instead of a red.

Actually, I didn't do that one. The wife made it and I ate it.
The pomegranate seeds were in white wine and were awesome with the asparagus.

Funny, last night the wife and I have a very similar plate, shoestring asparagus, baked potato and ribeye.

Even funnier is that we bought bagels yesterday and I put some red onions in a quick pickle bath last night. Have some sliced ribeye thawing in the fridge today.
