Stoner Rock.... But I'm not a stoner.... anymore!

Stoner rock is one of my favorite genres of music! There is a subreddit for stoner rock, which you should definitely check out!

Here are my favorite bands and some of their albums:

Sleep (Dopesmoker, Sleep's Holy Mountain)

Om (God is Good, Conference of the Birds, Advaitic Songs) (Al Cisneros from Sleep is also in this band)

Leeches of Lore ((Frenzy, Ecstasy), Attack the Future, Leeches of Lorchestra, and Leeches of Lore) (These guys are an experimental folk/country/stoner rock, they are so amazing and original)

Fu Manchu (The Action is Go, King of the Road, In Search Of, California Crossing) (These guys are an amazing band, probably my favorite of all stoner rock bands)

Electric Wizard (Dopethrone, Electric Wizard) (more doom/metal but still stoner rock)

Colour Haze (She Said)

Bongzilla (Amerijuanican) (similar to electric wizard)

SJR is just wild. You can always expect good stuff from Phil Anselmo and whatever group he's with.

Same with Zakk Wylde and Black Label Society.
