So here it is! first of ingredients are tomato puree(Good big squirt or two)
1/8 cup Balsamic
1/8 cup Rice vinegar
1 Bulgarian carrot
1Hungarian hot wax(?)
1 Big Red hab
3 Strawberry, De stemmed

Method
mash up strawberries and add 'em to your vessel(i used a glass as its a small quantity but you could easily size it up)
then cut up chillis small(I could have done them much smaller in hind sight), add to glass
add Vinegars and let sit stirring ocasionally for as long as you want, the longer the more 'Tabascoish"
Then BLEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately forget the Final pic. Doh! But blend to a smooth consistancy.
Enjoy, and it's great on Chops added when your grilling them!
