Suggestion required: Prarie Fire

Hi all!
 
I have a fair amount of Prairie Fire peppers that are slowly turning red and its time to start thinking about what I am going to do with them. I quite fancy making a sauce with them if someone has a suitable recipe? If not then I will doctor any other recipe to suit but I am also open to suggestions, powder etc etc.
 
Any advice appreciated,

AJ's recipe is good, I can vouch for it, but freezing them is also another option. That way you can dry them for powder or make sauces at your leisure.
