Summer all year

My favorite, especially on eggs in the dead of winter, Fatalii sauce.
 
1/2 a gallon pods fermented for 3-4 weeks, brine discarded.
 
1 cup white vinegar
 
1/2 cup white sugar
 
Whip it up in your favorite whirligig and bottle.

Hell yeah, looks good man.  I can appreciate the feel too.  Winter sucks but it is almost an involuntary break from the nonstop grind of mass pepper processing for me.  That said, summer is the best.
