sun sun scalding

I took the cage down from my douglah and now I have soft spots on the side that ny metal building is on.
I am guessing it is scalding any guesses?

I will get them next week if it isn't raining. I am leaving till monday and it is suppose to be raining.

I've got a bunch of peppers with a "tan" and none of them have any soft spots. Just a lot of extra purple.
