Sunday Funday Brunch Stout

Just tasted a sample of the bourbon barrel aging batch.  I only took a small sample.  I definitely like where it is going.  Nice flavor.  Still fairly subtle.  Another month may do it.  I could probably bottle it now, but I don't want to rush this one.  I'll taste it again in a few weeks and see what the verdict is.  
 
Finally bottled the oak/bourbon aged batch today.


It was just recently forming bubbles on the top. Not really sure what it's from.

Got a case all said and done and a little more leftover getting cold in a PET bottle so I can force carb and taste it later once it's cold.

Yes indeed. Beautiful out.

Mash is in. Going 156 instead of 155 this time around.

Just mashed out and I'm now waiting for the boil to start up. Going to go 90 mins on this one. Had a little extra wort and I want to evaporate it down a little further.
