My being lazy and wanting to be done screwed me on the final numbers. FG is 1.034. Hopefully whatever yeast is left will do a little more work. It still taste good, but should have been around 1.026 or so. I didn't rehydrate the yeast when I pitched it. Just used the 2 packets dry. Oh well. It's getting kegged Saturday regardless.
