Sweet blueberry sauce

My wife has requested I make her a sweet blueberry hot sauce.
She wants it sweet enough to use on ice cream.
Her heat tolerance is very low.

My first thought for pepper selection is habanero, but would have to use about 1/2 pepper for a pint batch.
I was also thinking maye chile tepin. For the quick hit of heat that would disapeer leaving all sweet.

Any other suggestions on pepper type?

Made one last weekend (but I made mine hot)
Makes approx 1 pint
10 oz. blue berries
2/3 cup Blue Agave Syrup
1 tbsp. Orange Peel
1 tbsp. Key lime Juice
3 Super Hot peppers (Reapers, Scorps, Bhuts, etc..)
2 turns of the Sea Salt grinder

Blender or Nutribullet until all ingredients are mixed.

Bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes. Turn heat off and can/bottle as per your routine.

The habs should do fine, seed them (wear gloves!!!  made THAT mistake once)  and maybe even cut them with a little carrot.  steam or boil (I prefer steaming) puree, then add "to taste to the rest of the mixture"  ive done it with a peach cinnamon dipping sauce worked nice!

Bought habaneros this weekend for this sace (and others)

Will be using: Blackberries(apparently she said blackberry, I heard blueberry), yellow peppers (cascabels?), habanero, rice wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and water if needed.

Will post pics, full recipe, and feedback when finished.Probably won't get made until 3/7
