They're like corn pancakes but with polenta grits instead of just flour. I also add some chili powder and some chipotle powder liven it up.

I just realized why these look good to me. I love areapas and this reminds me of arepas. I think what I am going to do is make some areapas but you get the credit for inspiring me.

Yum indeed. Glad I already have some Brussel sprouts to cook for supper tonight. That just kicked up my craving for them more.

I'm putting some plate ribs on the BBQ tomorrow. The chimichurri is getting all delicious.

That last pic is what I love about spending the time to cook it right, it feels like a sin when I eat beef cooked to that perfection because I know that 90% of people will never know what they're missing.
