Im thinking about getting this one http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?index=0&sbk=1&nav=SEARCH&itemId=230897511754

It also depends on how many plants you are going to grow inside

if you aren't in any rush, look around on amazon every week... I got a steal of a deal on a brand new 4ft 4 bulb sunblaze fixture with 6500k bulbs included for $114 shipped. I started 103 plants under it in 9oz cups and have been really, really happy with the light. I'm pretty sure it was just last year's stock and they made some minor change to the fixture. The reflector is like a mirror and I haven't had a single problem with it(other than burning the plants because I didn't realize how hot the radiant energy from it was). From the pictures it looks exactly like hydrofarm, and the industrial ones; I had a hard time differentiating them, and to me it just seemed like re-branding. It gives off a s#!tload of light and I've now got 1foot tall tomato plants under it.

65k bulbs from HD is what you want like YumYum said I dint pay that much for my bulbs only - I dont remember

4x4 foot T5 is a crap-ton of light! I have 2x2 ft on my aquarium and I only need to run it 4-5 hours a day to keep my aquatic plants thriving.
