ok, back to taco's and vaseline, or poutine, or whatever ...
 
needed that gentle relaxing time in the 170F oven to bring out the sweet, sweet bbq aroma i love so much ...

no sauce needed day 0 ...

there will be many tacos, but i really want to try a quesadilla ... never have. i need to find out what makes that classic quesadilla taste on the goldening ... i know JHP knows, i could see his recent one's had it ... just butter, or chorizo fat, or ? ....
