I don't have all of the powders used in the original recipe, so you'll see on the bottom - Paprika, Cumin, Habanero powder and Ghost powder. The dried pepper up on the right is a guajillo, and on the left are 2 ripe Sulo Adana peppers that I charred. To the right are 2 ripe Count Dracula peppers, one Habanero. 2 Aji Lemondrops and one ripe Big Jim. Also shown are the tomato paste, onion, lime and garlic. Off to measure the rest now and blend in Vitamix before simmering. Tacos later tonight!
