Got these red habs at the local Kroger down the street. Bloody hot I tells ya'.

The only thing I like better than a good burger is a good burger with cheese sauce. In this case flamin' red hab cheese sauce!

Sorry. Too much cheap wine. I could post pics but I might be taking my pants off over my head and not know the diff.

If I got a dime for every time this happened to me...

I'd have enough to order a double burger with cheese animal style from In 'n' Out...and a milk shake.

And I'd have change to drop in the parking lot... just because I could.

TB's Frisco Burger

Burger Ingredients:

80/20 ground beef
Pepperidge Farm mini burger buns
dill pickle slices
yellow onion
jalapeno
red habanero

Cheese sauce:

butter
flour
heavy cream
jalapeno
red habanero
hot hungarian paprika
cheddar cheese

Method:

Pan fried in cast iron w/yellow onion

We just used his tears, per the initial request...lol.

Although, I've been on the growler twice before noon, and may have shed a tear of my own...
 
If there was a way to slurp up a burger, I'd be doing that to those two right now - YUM!

Edit: TB, I think what Geeme was saying is you didn't list the ingedients and cooking methods in your final post. (Even though it is pretty self explanatory to me)
 
I think geeme was referring to there not being a 2-pic (only) final post...not sure. Regardless...north-central Texas had some mean burger-makin' a'goin on last night!
 
TB I fixed your post, yes does not follow the rules. I put your process pics up two posts that's all but now please put ingredients and cooking methods so you can understand it w/o the pics. I see beef, pickles, green habs, pickles, a bun... list it up.

Looks good.
