That's exactly what I like about it. It's capable of carrying the middle-note of a dish ... like garlic, or onion etc ...

I get my heat from JHP powders 99% of the time ...

My sister and her kids came over to go swimming and we ordered pizza for dinner. I was using JHP Chocolate Lava on my pizza, and my niece asked to try it. I sprinkled a little for her and she liked it. My wife tried it and had an ice cube in her mouth within seconds.
