The 7th Annual Secret Satan - HAPPY FLAMIN' HOLIDAYS - Gift Exchange.

FedEx left a package from @HellfireFarm last night. (It was by my garage, and I almost tripped over it in the dark this morning)

Quite a haul! Thank you very much HellFire!
Had some of the chocolate. Awesome stuff. Tastes like chocolate covered RedHot candies. Tried a couple of the strawberry serrano candies. Quite tasty!
Making some chili this weekend so I'll be sure to add some of the spice blends. Sauces all look cool. I like the 3 with Dungeons and Dragons themed characters on the labels! Look forward to trying everything!
Thank you again HF!

Awesome haul Crazy Monkey and a great mix of sweet and savoury heat. The candy looks interesting, and almost Breaking Bad themed

I too received a package from my SS, and if you haven't already worked it out, it was Crazy Monkey. Upon collection from the post office I instantly smelled hot sauce and noticed that the box was fairly beaten up. I was hoping it was coming from the pungent items inside, but unfortunately there was a casualty.

I'm so pi$$ed that this one broke, it smelled and looked amazing. The packaging was definitely adequate as you can see from the industrial grade bubble wrap used. It was purely a lack of care by the postage workers as jus about every corner of the box was dented. I'll have to order some very poorly packaged PE from SL to get even

The other items were all intact and unaffected by the spillage. A Saban sauce, two rubs which sound great, and three of CM's other sauces.

This one has sparked my interest and reminds me of @WarrantMan 's "Clearly Guilty". I think this one will be great on Fish & Chips.

Thank you so much @Crazy Monkey, I can't wait to get stuck into this lot.

Cheers, SR.

Well crap, that sucks about the Tabasco/Charapita. I made sure to line the box with the bubble wrap as well as roll the bottles in it. It has a pretty good kick. I guess you could lick the bubble wrap to get a taste..😜
The pepper vinegar is a common condiment in the Southern US. Mostly used on collard greens. It has a little kick but pales in comparison to @WarrantMan 's "Clearly Guilty".
I grew all of the peppers myself hydroponically. The tabasco peppers are some sort of mutant hybrid that popped up a couple of seasons ago. The original seeds came from a plant that sprouted up out of nowhere in my grandmother's garden. They were typical tabasco pods and the mutants are about 3x the size and smell and taste a lot like chinense peppers. I have grown them next to ghost peppers, habaneros, and reapers so maybe they crossed somehow.
Hope you like them!

SR, if there was a way to ensure the guilty persons would get it, I would send it for free!!!!

The rest of these 2 packages look really yummy. everyone enjoy!

Good job guys n gals!

Did @HellfireFarm know that @Voodoo 6 bought him an Extreme membership? Sometimes people don't see their notifications so just checking.

I've always wanted to do one in the summer (your winter). With some better promo and lead time. So maybe this is the lead time post of interest. 😁

Yes, I was intending on mentioning it - but it totally slipped my mind with the push for the new products, FD training, and preparing for our robot combat event this past weekend. Sorry @Voodoo 6 didn't mean to leave you out like that, and the gift is very much appreciated!

And y'all know me...if there is a 'not-4th-of -july-cuz-that-is-only-a-USA-holiday-but-some-other-event....."

Maybe Summer Equinox???.....But in Oz, is it called the june equinox or the june solstice as that is their shortest day of the year?

either way You know I'm in~~~
:)

I want to go on record, that @salsalady grossly underestimated her pure evil drops, I put some on my Der Wienerschnitzel, (they were having a sale). and now as I write I am in a coma with a side of explosive diarrhea.

These drops should be on the list of do not export to any European countries, and definitely not Canada warnings on them!

I am pretty sure the main ingredient is radioactive, just saying!

Thanks for the coma Salsa! I needed the sleep!

Cheers!

 Happy to help with your rest! Sorry about the other issue....:onfire:

Not sure if this is any indication of anything, but I do wear the equivalent to a hazmat suit when making PE....

As you should :)
We discussed capsaicin recently in my hazmat refresher

I guess it should technically have a DOT placard to ship :)

I used to send out small vials of cap powder, wax sealed, just for demo sample.

Claude Dube in Quebec Canada has a hot sauce stall in a farmers market type pavillion and had one of those vials to show to customers and talk about. Someone dropped the vial and it broke. And someone tried to sweep it up...

I think they had to evacuate the quadrant....

Well, maybe not the whole quadrant but definitely the adjacent stalls.
