I think I might now - it looks pretty good. Had a look at this site http://www.timberpress.com/books//9780881929201 It even has a trailer video by the author. And he's wearing a really cool shirt!
We'll remember that the next time you ask a question...
The book seems nice, maybe I'll tell Santa I want if for christmas! Or just hope that someone in Sweden starts to sell it, shipping books from the US costs more than the books do.
i'll be ordering this one as well. Although, why do the few chili pepper books out there all have recipes in them?? Seems like a cop out to just fill the book with whatever they can, rather than get into the real info.
I like Dave Dewitt (and Dr. Bosland), and I have a lot of his books but I don't think I'd buy another one. There just seems to be a lot of repetition, and a whole lot of recipes, and there just seems to be better and more up to date information online
I got the same feeling while reading about his other books. I don't own a single book on chiles yet though so I thought this might be a good one. I'll let you know what I think about it.
