Lmao about the bloody marys. At first when Jay described them I thought they sounded right tasty. Now, however... Seriously, though, a bloody mary would be quite nice for my hungover self. I really overdid it last night. In my drunken stupor, I thought it would be a good idea to smear the ghost pepper sauce on a couple wings. Boy was that fun, lol. I'm hoping my headache goes away in a couple hours so I can sweat my hangover away @ the gym. Now, I'm thinking leftover tacos for brekkie :).
 
Ok Nova, just in case you are still awake, here's the chicken. Soaked in buttermilk with pepper powders, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and kosher salt for 48hrs. Then breaded with seasoned flour, let to sit on a wire rack for a half hour, fried in peanut oil at about 340F for twelve minutes. Then finished in the oven at 350F until done. Makes the perfect fried chicken. Last week I was an unofficial Texan, this week it is Atlanta, Georgia I am going after. Going to have some sweet tea now y'all.

A point? But that's the notwin-0-meter. He'll have to make a new meter like....Sexonaplate-O-meter or UltimateWin-0-meter.
 
Here's is my meager Drunken Chef goin's on from last night. Snapper meunierre.
Butter, lemon, snapper dredged in flour and dusted with pequin powder.
White wine, capers. Salad thrown rather than tossed. Magnifique!
