recipe-help The General's hot sauce - Danger Close

Is anyone here familiar with this sauce? It's amazing. I need to know how it's made. The only ingredients are cayennes, habs, white vinegar, garlic and salt. But it has such a sweet fruity flavor.

I received a variety pack of these General's sauces and all 6 of them are delicious.

It's a Louisiana style hot sauce for wings, with orange habs as the kicker. If you want to replicate it you might look for basic LA style recipes and add orange hab to the mix.

Thanks! I looked it up. Gonna make some in the morning.
Because it's not strained, should I remove seeds?
I usually run my sauce through a food mill to get just the juice.

Most LA style do not have seeds so I would say yes.

The base is the starting point you have to chef it up now. If it tastes "like hot sauce" well, that is great lol!
