....This guy was PSYCHOPATH who happened to be a Christian, Many of us here in the US understand all too well there are evil people in every Society/Country. I as a Christian, condemn this terrible act of violence and pray for the victims and their families.

No, he don't seem to be a psychopath. I have read parts of his manifesto "2083 - A European Declaration of Independence" and there is absolutely nothing psychothic in it, just extremism.

It's hard to imagine how he could be anything other than psychotic given the severity of his actions. Most of his so called "Manifesto" is a tapestry of information culled from various extremist resources, and pieced together by someone who obviously has/had some pretty serious 'health' issues.
