food The Last Great Pizza Thread

That is one of the airiest crusts I have seen. I too have been going with a several day cold ferment and am seeing the results. I think I cook mine at a little higher temp (over 500F) so I see a little more char on my bottom crust, but the bubbles I have been getting are what I am going for. You guys can have your diets, I will take my pizza! I should also mention that I have lost 15 lbs since June 1 and the job change. Between the heat there and the shift work, I am not eating as much and am drinking a metric shit ton (official SoFlo measurement) or water every day.

No diet here at all, you see my food posts....admit it :)

I see all your posts. I thought I remembered you saying you were trying to lose weight.
More get in shape and the weight should happen naturally. Just not drinking as much and eating a tad better but no diet. 
 
Takes serious energy dragging deer a few hundred yards across cutovers ;) 
 

 
All kinds of shapes, colors and sizes of tomatoes in the garden but when it comes to making a pizza I'll always chose the Sweet Cherries when they're available.
