Here is my pizza margarita... homemade dough and sauce. Thin, not ultra thin... So good. I could eat this two times a day.

Yea that's definitely Neapolitan. Margherita has fresh mozz not pasteurized, tomatoes, basil.
 
Correction, in NY we call that one Sicilian. Square Neapolitan pan pie.

Even though I brought it up that its not a margarita, I'd still eat the hell out of it.

That pizza, a bottle of hot sauce, a Pinkus Alt, and all is right with the world.

Thin...Traditional red sauce, mozz, homemade sauce and dough.
Mile high pizza pie!

This was my experiment. 8 day old dough. I think it was probably a couple days past its prime, but it still tasted pretty darn good.
 
Damn J you improved your pizza skills another nice pie!
