I don't do no stinin' harp but I do goldtop p90's. Dani has the marshall down in Frisco but I gotz teh tweed 5e3 and 5f1 champ right here. I gotz a new vid this weekend. I need somebody to looooooooove I don't need too much........I jus need somebody to love,,,,,

Some musical trivia on me - I played the trombone in my high school Jazz Ensemble, and most all other brass, such as cornet, trumpet, baritone, tuba in band. I played bass guitar in a band called The Tropix during college. More recently, I messed around with synthesizers, producing a radio show prototype called KVIX which never aired. Lately, I mess around with making funky beats using my iPad. The other instruments I don't play anymore, but I'd love to get a synthesizer.
 
The next Throwdown is not so far away! Do you think we're going with dutch ovens? If so - do we think the entire meal need to be cooked in a dutch oven? Just components?
 
I would say it is decided that it will be a Dutch Oven throwdown. Specific rules will be determined by the boss (THP), but most likely this will have to be a one pot meal.
 
Or a meal made with several dutch ovens.

I think everything that makes it to the plate should be made in a dutch.

Topping the plating with some sort of pre-made sauce is acceptable.

Is this cool with everyone?
 
I'm doing carnitas.....no doubt about it.

That means the meat will be going on tortillas with other ingredients not cooked in a dutch....

I hope that's okay.
