My favorite this week is KnJ Chocosaltic.
My favortie last week was Hot Salt Revisited.
My favorite 2 weeks ago was Hot Salt Refined.

They are all outstanding. For those of you that really like a salty taste, the Hot Salt Refined is amazing.

I've been using the original hot salt for about a year and I feel like I should pipe up and let you know I love it. French fries and popcorn are my favorite uses. I should just use it in place of all my salt really.

Anyways, I just received a powder delivery from Kevin and he gave me a freebie bag of KnJ chocosaltic. Nobody seems to have mentioned it, but this stuff has a smoky flavor and is hotter than the other hot salt I have. Its pretty magical.
