Well, you might actually have my condolences! Being in charge of both projects and production is likely a great step up for you, and for that I congratulate you. But I've found that kind of thing can also be a bit of a nightmare, depending upon circumstances. Yeah, you're a project manager, so you likely know what I mean.....
