Didnt see a "Salad" thread except one for recipes in cooking with fire so figured it did not match, Il let the Mod figure it out.

So in General terms;
 
 
Mixed Greens, sauce is a Hummus/Tomato Salsa (spicy)/ Spinach Dill Dipp with Cashew nuts.

Homemade Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

• ½ cup Homemade Mayo (recipe here)
• ¼ cup mustard or dijon mustard
• ¼ cup honey
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk or blender until smooth.

I like that rabbit food too!
I typically only use Garlic Expressions Classic Vinaigrette or Marzetti Utimate Bleu Cheese. Depends on the ingredients in the salad.
For this one I added bleu cheese crumbles and the vinaigrette.
