the sauce was TOO HOT!

Just got out of saddleback memorial hospital in laguna hills california...

See I made some new sauce from 35 bhut jolikia peppers,garlic.oninon.and extra virgin oil...I made it too hot!

after eating 3 table spoons sick...

after three hours I started throwing up blood.

after 5 hours I passed out.

woke up in the hospital and found that out that I had an hole in my intestine!

they courterized the hole and said LAY OFF THE PEPPERS...OPPS!
 
3 tablespoons is a lot. Glad you're feeling better. Got to be careful with the extreme heat
I heard a judge at the Fiery Foods Challenge was also hospitalized after sampling an entry
 
Holy crap (no pun intended) gotta ask why you'd wanna eat 3 tablespoons of just sauce anyway? Even the hottest sauces I'd sample with a teaspoon, then add to whatever I'm eating.

i wonder if you had a slight imperfection to begin with and this just happened to be one of those triggers?

Yeah man I feel your pain, I was showing off to my mates and over did it with some sauces & powders I had recently purchased. It gives me shivers just thinking about it.

I think i speak for all of us when i say " Glad your back on your feet". Did you go by a recipe? Making a large batch or just trying to make it as hot as possible?

I heard about this Challenge.. is it the one in England? wonder if there are any near CT, USA?
 
Your lucky that you passed out! When a similar thing happened to me (no hole in intestine) i didn't have such luck!
