The CI's still 175F ...

It never came down anywhere near the 129-131F target, after an hour ...

We ate it off the board, and it was such that I didn't consider ketchup (my GOTO for well-done steak) since it was still juicy ...

Back to the reverse-sear like I'd been doing for the burgers!

I ate some with D, but it wasn't close to exciting ...
 
Thankfully, while the steak wasn't exciting, the Cinder's CI plates are pretty exciting ...
 
Cold -> 450F in less than five minutes ...
 
I'm going to feed Hermione later this week, and then see if I can do some bang up little pizzas in there ...
 
I know it'll work, if not straight up, with the Searzall after the crust cook ...
