Some instant ramen but I did kick it up with some beef shank meat I cooked earlier and a few things to get the taste of turkey out of my mouth. I also made some English Muffins tonight after watching a video. They came out good too but I needed something different tonight.
Sweet potatoes.
1/2 cup dried tomatoes.
1/2 shredded coconut (more if low quality)
500ml red bell peppers
Ginger fresh 1/4 cup
1 heap tbsp vindaloo powder
1 each small ghost and habanero pepper
1/4 cup peanut butter
Fresh thyme
Leftover chicken noodle with some of this stupid hot Asian fried chili paste from Por Kwan. Their regular is your typical Thai fried chili paste but this one is their Hot version. They call it a paste but its just oil with peppers and garlic. All i used was the amount that stuck to that spoon, not a spoonful. They must be using birdseye or Thai Dragon for this one.
Potato, Onion, Chickpea, Carrot, chicken stock, can of clams and Stilton. Cayenne, Hananero and Chiptle.
After this bowl I added Porcinni mushrooms and had it for supper.
Love that soup. I need to put that on the list. Its been awhile since i had it. Kinda similar to a Portuguese and South American soup (Caldo Verde) but with a different kind of sausage and a little cream.
