The dude who wrote that article seems very uptight and needs a beer, instead of getting heated over a waitress saying "no problem." I really don't take issue with that. Heard worse! LOL
 
Plus the article is a little weird. He says his issue is no problem vs. you're welcome, but none of his examples fit "you're welcome" as a reply. Yeah, instead of "I'm sorry" I get it. You did something wrong. You shouldn't say "no problem" it makes it sound like you are doing them a favor. But when you do something right and are thanked, it totally works as a causal "you're welcome," letting them know you were not troubled at all to do it.
