Hey guys, as some of you may know we've been doing a series of Promotional Cooking demos at Peppers in Rehoboth Beach....well the time has come again and we'll be back there this coming Friday and Saturday, the 3rd and 4th. We'll be doing some new recipes, classics and some more bizarre meats. Last time we introduced our dry rubs using three different Yak Roasts, this time i believe we are going to "jerk a beaver." We'll probably do a new ceviche variation, some chicken, who knows. It's labor day weekend so we are planning on going all out with feasting, and we "love to laugh and feast." If any of you guys can make it out it'd be great to meet some new faces and see the old ones too!
