Haha i'm interested! But not so much in eating a whole reaper on camera. That sucks. I do love doing sauce reviews though

Spoon tasting sauce is a big part.

I taste all my sauces straight on a spoon but I don't see a need to drink it. I can determine everything I need to know off a teaspoon. Anything more than that is just gonna overwhelm the palate with heat and make it difficult to pick apart the individual notes.
