I'm sorry, but this is 2012. There's no reason an NFL game can still end in a tie.
I think a tie is better than watching multiple OT periods for the same game. If neither team can score in the one overtime period, then the game should be a draw.
BTW, the last time this happened was in 2006. So if we only see a couple of tie games in a decade, then there is nothing wrong with that.

Good point......I agree, the PK's should remove their hand warmers, get off the sidelines and earn their keep....no game should end in a tie.
