food Tofu Tacos with Texas Blues Sauce!

So for dinner tonite I made Tofu Tacos. I make these all the time, but this time I added a can of Hot Hatch Chilis into the mix. Anyways, here is the pic of a super healthy and TASTY meal!

I figured you'd chime in Boss. Not everything on here has to be a heart attack in the making! Although, I wish I could eat like that, but its weight shredding time, so I guess I have to make the best out of it
 
No it's blasphemy because of TB's stance on tofu!

We'll see if he approves of this use of his sauce. :)
 
It does look healthy, hot, and good.

You kiddin' me? I wish we could go back to the days of tofu-lovin' hippies here. We're in the new age of sushigami, fruit-based martini drinkin', overprice rent payin', trust fund hipsters.

There's no room for most of us here anymore!

Roffle. That's fantasic! I saw an obnoxious interview by a "food critic" that got her "start" on What Not To Wear of a "local" up-and-coming pastry chef from Brooklyn that credited said city for having a heavy influence on the burgeoning (read: really expensive - and admittedly mostly very good) Austin food scene. Nothing like bringing a little hubris along with you, huh?

I lived in Brooklyn in the late 90s, and I can tell you that "culinary" was easily confused with a yellow bird in the local dialect. But the sofrito was good in my 'hood, and the matzoh balls were great one 'hood over.
 
Fn real Sofrito I have only had it out the jar.... So sad... I try to lead the life of a true Southern Gastronome but alas life gets in the way of real food sometimes...

Dang you Cory! You live in a town with some of the best taco joints on the planet, and you had to go a make some with tofu.

Redeem yoursef' and grab some Torchy's tacos.
 
hay cory im cutting weight also,,,you wont see me with no tofu honk kong fuuy. but its on im getting back down to my fighting weight..
