I just bought a $20.99 soligt kit off Amazon. It works. Has a really poorly translated manual tho.
That, and some 24oz. Mason jars and plastic screw on lids to cover after fermenting lids are off. I keep my stuff in fridge right now because I’m a noob at this and I’m keeping everything until I get it down. But I have been very pleased with the sauce results. Fermenting and all... It really takes it over the edge.
For my ferments, I have pint mason jars with wide mouth tops, and I bought a kit on amazon that came with four airlocks, four glass weights (to keep veggies from rising up for air), and four screw-on mason jar lids with holes already in them to insert airlocks into. Worked just fine. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075LRMRDQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
