I started about 2 hours ago, so far I have picked about 35 pounds, and haven't made much of a dent.

Wow...that's unreal.

I've never even seen more than about 5-10 lbs of ANY fresh chile peppers IRL...just wow.

And such beautiful pods too. Nice work!
