Ok so this might not be a problem but the Red Savina's in my hydro are 3+ feet tall. The problem is, if it is one, that the branches are getting so long that they are falling over and they don't even have peppers on them yet. So my question is can I trim these back a bit or should I try and figure out a way to support them?

Glad you asked this, my lemon drop is doing the same thing.
A lot of people top their plants when growing in hydro to promote a shorter, bushier plant which is easier to manage inside. Cutting them back won't kill them, you should see the peppers my friend's dad is growing. A deer ate a good foot off the top of 3 of them this year, and now all 3 have tons of peppers but are just little shrubs.
I agree, topping the plants off to have them get bushier instead of growing taller is useually the best solution, expessially indoors in a hydro setup. Now I haven't done this with peppers yet but I'm sure it works the same as other degtables.

i've heard of triming the plant, but never the roots. i guess it could work..but i'm usually hesitant to try things like that until i am certain it won't do any harm.
