Trinidad Scorpion & 7 Pot - I have a problem, and I need a cure

dammit just bought some 7pot and some Galapagoense $15 a pack god im worried now,wish id seen this thread sooner:(

and only refunds for u.s.a to..just emailed them and my order has shipped..carnt cancel and your right there policy is refund u.s only,feeling really depressed.
 
Take it easy, they are not necessarily bad! You might very well be lucky and get some good seeds. Just plant them and see... Don't give up on the seeds yet. :)
 
Good luck trying to get good customer service with Reimer's. The guarantee is only good if you use their recommended soil(Miracle grow) and tecniques and they will always try to blame you, and as you noticed international orders are not covered in the guarantee. They will actually ban you from ordering on their site if you have complaints about them.
 
must admit the email i had wans not very polite i had from them,bit
like i should be ashamed of asking any questions about there service..and reading here and elsewhere there service isnt up to much, ill pray that theyll germinate..paid enough for them $15 a pack for 7pot and galagonese:confused:
 
How does Reimers get away with treating customers so poorly? Who exactly is behind this operation? I never have been able to figure it out. You would think a business couldn't survive with the atrocious service they are accused of for this many years. I just don't get it.

from what you read on this forum and other places on the web, their customer service sucks, but if you look on their website at the feedback section, all 5 star rave reviews...do you suppose they are being selective with what reviews they receive? (sarcastic) I did order red savina and some other seeds from them last year...the red savinas germinated at 100% but the overall percent germination including the red savinas (5 for 5) germinated at a rate of 26%....not too good...I just chalked up to not knowing about them before I ordered...

fantastic service,orderd 7 packs of seed..they sent me 5 packs free and at least 25 seeds a pack..even posted same day as i orderd,some people just no how to run a buisness,reccomed rainbowseeds 100%..great company..reimer we will see :rolleyes:

He really is killer...not only did my order come as expected and FAST for coming from AU, he threw in extra stuff that just rocks.

And, his shipping was less than anyone..dude really loves what he does and it shows.

Someone give a smiley that says "Can I pretty please have 7 pot and Scorpion Seeds" ;)

I just went and purchased some Aji Limon seeds, that makes 8 varieties in my filing cabinet ready for summer. Gonna have to plant them all out the front since I'm a North facing house and with a pergola out the back the lighting is real bad.
