Truck caught on fire

they're just trying to find ways so they won't have to pay you. that's what they do. even if they know that you have been paying for full coverage they'll just delay it as long as they can. they're trying to hold on to the money that they owe you.
 
Ok, here's the update...
FINALLY heard from the insurance company this morning. We were HOPING to get the truck back AND get $3500. Well, I get the truck back AND get $9100!!! I couldnt believe it when she told me that! I was like "ummmmm, ok." lol
So, I have my sights set on a Honda Civic, and am also buying a new gun. lol Already have THAT puppy picked out and the guy is holding it for me.
I swear, I feel like I won the dang lottery! lol
