food-bev Trying to Quit Smoking

I think that this was my last pepper smoke of 2013.  Had an assortment of reds and of yellows/oranges/peaches, etc.  Smoked for just over 2 hours with 100% apple wood.  The yellows stayed pretty much true to color.

Yellows before the smoke (the racks were too wide for the smoker so I had to switch to disposable pans):

Checking on them:

Bagged and ready to go . . . now I need to decide what to do with them.
