Hello, 
 
I want to build a drum smoker. Simple and good smoker. 
 
I am looking for good and detailed plans , I searched a lot but could not find anything good enough or detailed enough. 
Any advice on the subject would be excellent.

they are a very simple thing to make and it all comes down to how creative you want to be? You can make one using cheap parts that seals well and has good heat control for under $50AUD if you get a cheap second hand drum, or you can get good quality gear and paint it all up and make it look a million buck for maybe $100AUD and it will do the same thing as the cheap on but you friends will be far more impressed!!
