Looks like some very fine hot blue and righteous tacos to me! What's in the tomatillo sauce? Creme? Mayo? Cotija cheese on the tacos? I can smell the grill marks on those tortillas. I can dig it!
 
That's a work of right there!!! Had no idea Old Bay made a blackened seasoning!!!! I gotta find me some of that! And I'm definitely going to make some of that tomatillo sauce! Too yum!!!!!

About how long do you soak that pork/beer/koshersalt/hab? Looks like mighty fine tomatillo salsa too man!
