You know NJA, I was going to guess that there was Bhuts in there, but wasn't sure. As I have mentioned it was perfectly blended and I think that's a work of culinary art my friend.

Sorry for responding a bit late.

What I love most is usage of spices for a particular dish.

Certain ingredients do not taste good with certain spices. Some spice combinations just do not gel.

For me Spicing pappers was a challenge.

I am used to Indian dishes with certain established spices .

But sauce was something that posed a challenge that I had never faced because it had to have universal appeal.

Now I feel very confident to give good sauces, salsas etc.

It TRULY IS an awesome sauce! Justin and I just deep fried some taquitos just so we could have some of he sauce with it. :dance:

What a way to go. Hot taquitos !!!!

Can you tell me  what type of filling you had?

Can I suggest you to add small quantity of Sauce along with filling  with other ingredients 

,roll them and then deep fry?

I have a feeling that you would have a heavenly tasting taquitos.
