I don't think your coals are supposed to sit in the ash pan... Must be missing a piece, so I tossed this wok thing in there, seems to do the job for now.

I burnt the stuffed peppers. They were raw on the inside so I put them back on, and forgot about them lol

I think once I get this grill dialed in its gonna work really good. I think with a little less coal it will cook really nice. I might fire it up right now!

Big taters cut up, or baby{new}taters whole, plus onion, garlic, lots of butter, and spice (that compliment the rest of the meal) wrapped in foil :!:
