Took the scissors to it, added some water, garlic, cumin, and chili powder.
The steak was already marinated from the Mexican grocery store.
Turned out really good.

No but i want to now! Even more with Shia Labuff telling me to "do it". I was gonna do steaks, but I tossed out steak tacos and wife seemed excited lol. I think I do like this grill though, the coals are a lot further away than the normal cheapo grills I use. I thought it was gonna be a slow cooker, but it seems to heat up nicely.

Just did about a half thing of coals, its staying right around 300°

 
Is that the Weber 8835 grate?  I love that thing!  Curious, do you own a vortex?  I feel like that grate was made for it.  Best wings/chicken I have ever made on the grill.

Its a char-griller. Its like a cross between one of those eggs, and a Webber lol. The grate seems pretty cool, it has a tool to remove the center circle of the grate to add more coals. Idk what a vortex is, lol. Bout to Google it.

Using the grill for the 3rd night in a row.

It cooks pretty nice.

The next time 'yall make a Pina Colada, back off a notch on the coconut stuff and add a 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, and add a pinch mo rum, just cuz.. I can assure you you will like them. And yeah a barely buzz is sufficient
