Wasatch Chili

1 lb. Ground Round
1 lb. Hot Sausage
1 Med. Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
2 Anaheim Pepper
Hot Sauce (Blairs, Dave’s, Magma)
1/2 tsp. Crushed Garlic
2 12oz. Polygamy Porter, or Sierra Nevada Stout, or Sierra Nevada Porter
12 oz. Tomatoe Puree
15 oz. Diced Tomatoes
15 oz. Red Kidney Beans or Black Beans (drained)
1-2 Tlbsp. Susitna Blend or
1-2 Tlbsp. Penzy's Hot Chili Powder Blend or any combo
 
Looks like an awesome blend of ingredients!! Hows it taste?

I am allergic to beans in my chili, but I might be willing to give it a try with Black Beans (only because I like cuban food), if it can be kept a secret.

Otherwise I would be interested in trying this recipe with a minor omission. It looks like it would still be solid bean-less.

Very tasty, addicting. I usually put in some Blair's Mega Death in there to heat it up. :onfire: Most people won't eat it because of the beer or heat value or both. :crazy: The beer gives is a great consistency and taste.
