Watermelon Habanero

Was told watermelons won't work. Had to try and play devil's advocate.

8 oz shredded carrots
3/4 cups white sugar
1 1/4 cups Lime/Lemon
1 1/2 LB watermelon no rind.
15 habaneros (~3/4 lb.)

After running it all through the blender on liquefy in the stock pot it went.

I got it down to a creamy texture that. The watermelon is on the side and takes the rough edge of the pure hab taste.

Googled "flexible sealing wax" and got some interesting results you might consider checking out. Also looked up "makers mark sealing wax" - not that we didn't know this already, but it's apparently technically not actually sealing anything, but is simply a decorative/marketing tool.

I have naught but a tiny lil' Magic Bullet blender. Would
a juicer suffice for something like this?

You know what? I'll just do a search. I'll be willing to
bet that this subject has been broached before somewhere
amongst all the crazy amount of information available on
this fine forum.
